I saw a thread about running trainers a few days ago which was helpful. Trainers-wise I’m sorted but I’m on the lookout for a new running watch as my old one has decided to pack in.
Any good recommendations? I know Garmin models are usually the go-to.

I have the basic Garmin forerunner 110 which I think is now the 55. Does everything I need including distance, time, pace etc. Retails about £150.You can spend some daft money on them with all the whistles and bells but you will probably find you don't need/use them.

There are lots of running watches about, I have a Garmin fenix myself and think it’s great. My advice would be go for one that has a heart rate monitor.

I have a Garmin 645 Music, picked it up 2nd hand on facebook a while back for about 100 quid I think it was - pleased with the purchase, connects to my headphones wirelessly and measures everything I want it to. The real question is what do you want out of a running watch and then buy accordingly.

I have a Fitbit Versa 3 and although I don’t use it for running it does tell me that my heart rate is dangerously high when I’m taking narcotics.

If you just want something basic (distance, speed, heartrate, GPS) then you can pick up an Amazfit Bip 2 for about £35. 30 day battery life aswell. Been using one for about 2 years now.
