Could be more than one, but just pick the 1st that comes to mind and why.
I always think of the Banyan Tree hotel in Bangkok, loved the rooftop bar and restaurant.

The Jagerhouse in Neuschwanstein Germany, early winter night time views of a floodlit Schloss Neuschwanstein were absolutely stunning and once the tourist hoards had gone for the day the silence was fantastic.

Hotel California - such a lovely place
Different, as it's on a dark dessert highway but with plenty of space anytime of the year
Mirrors on the ceiling, pink champagne on ice
And they do a fantastic full english

No idea on the names but I stayed in a really smart hotel in Vegas around forty years ago and in 2000 in a hotel on Route 66, the town right at the end of it.
I’ve also stayed in some I’d rather not talk about too.

Most memorable was in New York a few years ago. Was woken in the middle of the night by the sound of what I later learned was a cop shouting in the corridor "Get your hands against the wall you mother f*****"
Went down to reception the morning after and there was blood in various places. According to the manager "We had some trash people in last night"
I declined the offer to sign up to their loyalty scheme

Norbreck. Blackpool. A unique smell. Each wall of my room was from a different generation. The plumbing and facilities were pre-historic. And my mate had a tramp asleep in his bed after he’s checked in. A stunning place.

Probably the Royal Livingstone Hotel in Zambia helped by it's fantastic location.
It was situated about 600 metres from the Zambezi river and a 10 minute walk away from the Victoria Falls.

Best, mountain lodge Banff, Canada. Quite easily, and by some considerable margin, the most beautiful place I have ever seen, along with lake Louise and lake minnewanka. The Canadian rockies are spectacular.
Worst was also in Canada. O’reillys in Medicine Hat, Alberta. Didn’t help by being full of squaddies on the prowl after being cooped up on the Canadian prairie for 6 weeks. Fighting every night and day, bodies everywhere….and those were just the good days.

I've been very lucky and stayed at some great hotels all over the world. The Fullerton in Singapore is stunning along with the Bellagio in Vegas. SAS Radisson in Cape Town has wonderful views and I love the JW Marriott in Miami. The even better thing I didn't pay for one of them
