Crazy how someone with just a £35 membership can buy tickets a full 6 days before a season ticket holder who might wsnt an extra ticket for a family member

Why is it crazy?
Why should a season ticket holder be allowed to buy a ticket for someone else, (who might even be a Man City fan), before someone who has paid a membership fee to enable them to have priority on home ticket sales?

Because always in the past a season ticket costing £400 plus allowed you to buy an extra ticket for someone like a family member who can't attend more than a handful of games but now a £35 member can buy a ticket 6 days early
In my opinion it's crazy but in your opinion it's not and that's fine

In the past I could fit into 32" waist jeans but I can't any longer but I don't complain about it.

Someone who hasn't paid anything into the club and thinks I want to go to a game should be behind someone who has paid a membership to buy a ticket if a season ticket isn't viable to them.

And the clubs it would seem, still though you think something is unfair as it doesn't suit you. It's almost you want things in your favour.

A season ticket means you get 18 home games at what we can now see is well below Matchday prices.
Bargain.

Ha! not concentrating
In all likelihood i'll get back for about 10. Hopefully there will be something in place to allow me to let friends or family use it if i cant, or allow the club to resell it.
Im Adult category so there wouldn't be any shenanigans with anyone sneaking in on the cheaper category lol

Over from America for this, signed up for membership so I could get tickets today and it sold out before I could get any. Pretty gutted.
If anyone knows anyone with a spare or is a season ticket holder that can't make that game, please get in touch. After x2 adult tickets.

That’s annoying. Sure you’ll find a few spares knocking around given it’s summer holiday season.

I'll keep my ear to the ground, my family usually get a few player comps but I'd imagine it will be difficult to get them for this one.

The challenge is always going to be how do you sell tickets for games such as Palace, Villa, Bournemouth etc. when teams such as Liverpool & Man U. will always sell-out.

Ring the club and explain. They might put you on a reserve list or have some tickets they keep back?
I assume the club will be offering the ST buy back scheme again this year, so that could produce quite a few tickets available.

Thanks for the advice fellow Clarets.
I'm sending an email now to the club and will put feelers out on Twitter.
I looked at hospitality - normally it's under £100 which I might have considered but of course the Man City game is over £300 so that rules it out.

I love my Bob Lord seat but that was a huge downside of the last PL season. United, City, Leeds, Liverpool and Everton had a fair few fans in the end blocks.

Agreed, but this season appears to be different. I've checked these fixtures, and there are less than 400 seats available for any of them.

Not really. Your perk is having your seat reserved for you every match.
Someone else has paid £35 or £250, just to have a chance at a ticket.

Yes, but probably only for the less popular games. Sounds like some games are sold out already.

Appreciate it!
If someone returns their season ticket for the game does it just appear as an available seat in the Man City tickets page on the official site? So my best bet for now is to check that every day? Not really familiar with how the system works.
Emailed the club but they couldn't do much, just said to check online for returns and see if any availability appears. Might have more luck on here or Twitter though.

I have 3 in the CFS available as we are away on holiday. I was awaiting details on the ticket exchange system although there doesn't seem to be any information about it on the clubs official website.
