I had to register, then log out completely and then log back in. At one point I was buying a genk season ticket

Has anyone been able to add theirs to the apple wallet? When I click the button it just takes me to a blank screen.

The away end is normally the upper block AA next to a wall and behind a fence

All,
To register your account clink on ‘REGISTER’ in the Burnley post. Once you’ve done that and verified your account, by email, come out of everything. Then login via the ‘LOG IN’ on the Burnley post and this should take you straight to the Burnley tickets. In lower section A. This worked for me on 3 accounts and when I talked a few mates thru it. Hope this helps.

I've come unstuck with my attempts to buy a ticket,
I've registered etc but it won't let me log on.
I've tried logging out and logging back on but same thing again so I've emailed the ticket office at Genk.
Fingers crossed on this one.

Can't find any mention of tickets for our game on their site. Question for anyone who has managed to buy a ticket - how many were you able to purchase?

One ticket per account .just create with the link off the Burnley club website confirm your details then activate your account on the email sent to you from Genk you then log in on the Genk website select and purchase your seats on the ground seating plan only away tickets are available to purchase. Tickets are etickets which you can download onto your phone or mobile device, we're on row 8 seats 12&13 if that's any help Pete.

Bradtee , I eventually got logged on got to the vinegar stroke on completing and then message comes up the game against Burnley is now closed.

Once you have registered and activated the account by email ensure you then click on logout on the Genk website.
Then return to the Burnley post about the registration process and click Log in which is in the text about two thirds the way down, this should take you directly to the Burnley tickets once you’ve logged in again.
Just checked this morning and there are 41 left.

Genk - Unfortunately owing to the cost of the coach, plus the fact that early this morning there were only 41 away tickets left, we will not be running a coach to the game.
