Shame that the admin side of things is letting the club down. The football side is fantastic at the moment and the last 3 transfer windows have been incredible.

Absolute sh-it show again from our pathetic ticket office.
Changed my address last August and confirmed with them at least 3 times they have my current address on the system.
More than a coincidence that I have not yet received my card.
When I asked them whether they could check the mailing file they used to see if it had the old address on I told it was a 3rd party but that it had to be the new address on their system.
When I then asked them if that was the case how was it the person who sits next to me who has also changed address and had their new address on their system was sent his 2 season tickets to the old address they said that was not possible.

I get that mistakes can be made and it’s not the end of the world I know but why are the staff in the ticket office told to respond in this way ? Why cannot they check their mailing file and then at least we can try and contact the old address ? (in my case that’s not possible), Surely whoever is in charge of the ticketing office should be taking some accountability for this.

I’m now looking at a 2 hour round trip to pick up a new ticket. And anyone think they can just “pop” into the ticket office before the game has clearly never walked passed the ground on a match day !!

Spoken to ticket office as mine and my wife’s still haven’t arrived. We are lucky if we get 2/3 deliveries per week.

If it doesn’t come today or tomorrow, they gave me 3 options - they will print a new season card to pick up before the game, print a single match ticket to pick up before the game or send a QR code ticket via email.

Possibly the best option would be for them to email you QR codes.

Thanks Leisure.
Possibly - but at some point I need to do the trip to pick up a new card.
Not trusting them to send it in the post anymore

Are you using the app or the website? The app doesn’t work for me but the website does

Both not working for me. Logged a support call with them and they’ve told me to contact someone at Burnley

Ours have arrived, but on inspection the printing of the bar code is decidedly dodgy.

Just hoping there’s no problems with the scanning.

I’ve received 3 tickets. My 2 kids and my brothers, not mine. My brother is on my friends and family but his address is 40 miles away in Leeds. Work that one out!

Did a 2 hour round trip to ticket office today and they printed me off a new season ticket card - took only a minute.
The cards are of a poor quality and can’t see them lasting much longer than a season or 2 maximum. Don’t understand why they have done this when there was nothing wrong with the old cards which were also of a better quality.
Everyone in the queue in the shop had an issue with their season ticket - some not arrived like mine. One had received a kids ticket instead of an adult. One been sent to their old address.

It’s poor and no sign whatsoever that the club are doing anything to improve it so I’d expect this every time now. I just find it unbelievable that someone makes a decision to issue new cards in the full knowledge that all these issues exist.

Last day to see if my card season ticket arrives, Pointless ringing the club as you never get through.

Why don't they just a option for a phone wallet version like the boarding cards on Airlines.

Out of our four cards only one has come, looks like a trip down to the ticket office today.

Here’s a crazy idea
Is there not a way that if you’re in the same seat(or even if you’re not) that they keep your old card working until they release your new one?

There is.

Open the BFC App
Press the three lines top left
Press 2nd option "Ticket Wallet"
Press "My Tickets"

Your city ticket should show available (Actual QR code from 3 hours before KO it says)

I need 36 hour days at the moment, and the last I want to be doing is sorting out a season ticket card that hasn't arrived, especially when it's been sent at last-minute.com

I mean I only paid for it in March 😤

Whoever has sorted the distribution of season tickets this time have got it so so wrong!!! We have had new cards, and books sent in previous years and I don’t remember anything like this debacle happening previously. After all the comments and negativity on here and across other social media platforms I do hope somebody from the club takes notice and find out who/what and where it’s fallen down this time. Certainly not good enough

Stuart Hunt's new role might be coincidental in its timing, but i'm bloody sure sorting the ticketing out should be a priority

Sometimes things go wrong (items lost in the post etc) but sending the cards out at the last minute means it's like playing Russian roulette. There was always going to be a small percentage of the fan base rushing about because of the lateness of the whole operation.

MAJOR ALERT

I have not got my season ticket card, although it may well be at home in Salisbury. I am in Scotland.

I was going to ring for a QR code for the Man City match, however, when I checked the Mytickets in the TICKET WALLET, each match is shown. It says that the code will appear 3 hours before the match.

This seems to answer all our problems and should avoid delays at the ticket office.

Confirmation would be great, of course!

If you in town pop into ticket office think you can have it added to your phone to scan at the turnstile

If folk are encouraged to get a QR code, for a ticket and suddenly, there is an actual pre-sorted system to do just that, why wouldn't it work?

My m8 Andy who moved into my Brothers old seat had pro blems well into September last season ... Turnstile didn't work ... so trekked to Tkt office to be told its working on their machines and to go back to Turnstile ... still didn't work ... back to ticket office to get ticket printed ... getting into seat 10 mibs after KO 🙄

Being assured by ticket office they would sort him another season card ... eventually sorted 🤣

Faffed about yesterday getting the QR codes for tonight.

Guessed what's come through the door this morning?

Yep, two season ticket cards. 🤦 (They are the originals as they were printed on 19th July.

My Card not arrived yet. Should I start worrying now!

Ordered a replacement as it is clearly not coming. Instantly dealt with by the Ticket Office. (As long as the new one arrives, that is).
