I think we will either really struggle, or do ridiculously well

By "ridiculously well" I mean potentially be in the hunt for a top half finish

Hopefully the other previews will be by somebody who actually watched us last season.

Awful summary, we signed Amdouni from Basel not Young Boys, whilst I like him I wouldn't call JBG a "folk hero" and I don't know who has seen him play to suggest he is better at running at defenders than his technical ability.

Yes an uninspired read with little real content 16th place apart.

It is so bad and generic you wonder if Will Unwin actually wrote it

this from FourFourTwo is better, at least in demonstrating that they saw us play last season

Burnley season preview 2023/24: Is Vincent Kompany's cultural revolution fully underway at Turf Moor?
FourFourTwo's Burnley season preview 2023/24 – can the Belgian manager consolidate the Clarets in the Premier League?

I think Crystal Palace,Fulham and Wolves will struggle this season and think our 'revolution' will take us above Everton, Bournemouth , Forest, and Brentford.
So including the promoted teams Luton and Sheff Utd , that will leave us around mid table

If we finish above Brentford we'll most likely be in top 10 or even better.

I think they will miss Toney, especially his diving for penalties

I don’t care what any of the predictions say tbh. I reckon we will finish in the top half. I think many of the teams are overrated such as Brentford, Fulham and even Brighton may not be as good as last season. There is nothing to fear from the bottom half teams from last season or the 2 other newcomers. 11/2 for a top half finish is a great price and 50/1 for top six is also a great price for a small punt. Kompany is clearly a winner and I don’t see us losing too often again.

granted, very much pre-season games but I've seen nothing at all to suggest Brighton or Brentford will have anything but good seasons. Both have excellent managers and very good players.

Not a very impressive write up. I think I could have cobbled up a better piece on my phone, whilst waiting for a bus in the rain.

I am sure we did finish 10th in the COVID year during Project Restart with the games that took place in June and July.
