Nearly half an hour gone 0-0, not a brilliant start from the Lionesses. Lucky when Nigeria hit the bar.

Peno England.

I presume as soon as you foul a player outside the box then any further fouls inside the box are null and void.

She hasn’t given a foul outside the box otherwise we’d have a free kick outside the box.

Never a penalty ,VAR got it right. England are crap and should be losing.

Wasn't that the same situation with Kane against France in that they looked at the penalty which wasn't given?

As no free-kick was awarded when Kane was originally fouled outside the box they couldn't go back and give that as the ref hadn't blown for a foul at that point, and VAR can't intervene in any freekicks that aren't a penalty.

0-0 at HT. Good battle that could go either way.

Why does comms say,”England saved by the bar”?
It missed and was covered by Earps if it had been lower.

Playing it up to Russo is like playing wallie. It just bounces back off her.

When they have a keeper coming for every corner try something different.

It's pretty poor stuff from England, need to get on the front foot and take it to Nigeria.

Inching towards extra time.

80 gone and we are flagging.
Defo Kelly for Hemp and as well as Walsh has played I’d be getting Coombs on for her.

This is like watching England's mens team. Can see there is quality there but sloppiness and a slow tempo are making it easy for the opposition.

A petty, pointless stamp.
England haven't enough drive, strength or guile to beat the Nigerians.

Comms saying Nigeria have had the better of the chances. Although they hit the bar twice, both Covered, Earps hasn’t had a serious save to make. Their keeper has made 3 vital saves.
