was supposed to be at Forest tonight but my ticket has not arrived any one else ticket not arrived

Should have alerted them before. They could have arranged a reprint for collection there.

How did you intend to go if you couldn’t even collect a reprint from Forest’s ground?

I've done about three of these at away games, and realistically, if you're not there an hour before ko it's a nightmare.
I don't think too many were at the City Ground an hour before ko last night.

All over now anyway. Pity you missed the win.
It has happened to me and it usually means a long walk around the away ground, to collect the reprint.

Why are posters thinking it's the posters fault for the club having another crap service?
Start posting them earlier BFC.
It's every single game, for some fans it happens.

Indeed. It appears everything else that is posted to my address arrives, but at least three sets of away tickets 'posted' from the club failed to turn up at all last season.
The reprint thing is the last thing you need on an away trip.
