Why do women do a lot of things its because they are Women

I slam car doors - it makes sure they close properly. (I’m not a woman, btw)

Part of the reason I found an ex so unbearable was the way she slammed down her cup, and the tea and coffee jars, and cupboard doors, and car doors, and the fridge door etc.
But it isn't exclusive to women, my mate does it too and he's a man. But I don't live with my mate, so my annoyance is limited instead of a dozen times a day.

Is your mate called Duncan? If so he would be a Slam Dunc.

I remain in the doghouse, ever since I pointed out to my partner that there is no need to slam her car door!

Petrol stations are the same. After filling, I get in my car and pull away before putting my seatbelt on... Sometimes, I'm waiting behind a woman, wondering what she is doing while she probably puts her credit cards and receipts into her purse, which needs to go in her handbag which needs pulling from under the passenger seat... and then she puts her belt on before checking her hair in the mirror... just go!

My mum always used to slam the car/ van door. Slammed so hard we all used to jump, almost blew the wax out of our ears. Used to wind my dad up no end, but she still did it.

I wish that they were still here now to hear their 'discussions' on the subject.

Goodness my one i just say everytime " don't slam the door " Whamy to late .

Complain that no-one gives them validation, but then complain if another man hits on them.

As an example, on an away trip my mrs has her key out 5 miles from home . And she'll always get her key out in the taxi on the way home for instance.

You forgot the makeup & especially lipstick, these are crucial elements to check before setting off from anytime we get out of the car, regardless of time spent getting out and back in! we know perfectly well the mirrors etc will all be in the same place, can not say the same for hair & makeup, men have it so easy, T shirt with anything, run hand through hair and good to go!

And yet..... a couple observations re men v women from me using the local bus service a lot.

A women is always the first to press the bell- as soon as the bus moves about 6 inches from the previous stop (even if its about a quarter mile from the next stop that they want); blokes wait until the bus is c. 50 yards from the stop they want.

The annoying passengers who stand at the bus stop for 10 minutes waiting for the bus and then when the bus stops, they enter and then begin to search for a means to pay- are nearly always women.
