Re: First win of season for U18s
Ah you’ve literally just answered my question. Great win. Am I on my own in thinking that this is a terrible oversight from our media team, not reporting the progress of our youngsters, especially when Vincent Kompany clearly puts so much thought and respect into blogging young emerging talent? Feel that this is very sloppy to be honest.

They rarely do now, even when at home. I got the result from QPR but obviously no goalscorers from our team.jdrobbo wrote: ↑Sat Sep 16, 2023 1:02 pmAh you’ve literally just answered my question. QPR's website isn't covering it either!

Re: First win of season for U18s
QPR revealed the result which is where I got it from. Burnley had said nothing, just as was the case last week. This thread might have stirred them because they’ve now told us the goalscorers were Callum West, Zach Johnson, Vernon Masara, Logan Carlin & Jack Bates(2).

His reply was that of a 16 year old Good win though, London clubs always tend to have good academy players

QPR having a difficult run though, Wigan beat them 9-0 last week. Yet they'd won two of the first three before that.Burnley1989 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 16, 2023 1:46 pmHis reply was that of a 16 year old Good win though, London clubs always tend to have good academy players

Our U18s side put in a superb performance in this morning's game against QPR, winning 6-2
Goals from Callum West, Zac Johnson, Vernon Masara, Logan Carlin and a double from Jack Bates saw the Clarets cruise to victory!
