Salford tickets not received yet in post.

Hello,
Just home from work and as of today the Salford tickets paid for and printed as per my Claret numbers have not yet been received.
Has anyone else not received there's yet.
This is a particular problem as I work out of town in Haslingden and was planning to go straight from work, now a uneccessary diversion back to Burnley is required making a comfortable evening time wise now very different.

Can you not contact the TO and have new tickets to pick up at Salford tomorrow night

The postal service is a mess at the minute. I posted a birthday card to my sister and it took 8 days to get there and that was 1st Class!

I'll criticise the club if they've definitely got something wrong, but too many people are ready to jump on the club before knowing the facts
If there had been a big cock up and tickets not sent out I'd expect several long threads about it, whereas there's one post, which would get sorted with a phone call to the ticket office

Give our TO a call in the morning and they'll put you on the re-print list for you to pickup at Salford. I'm having to do that.

Same thing has happened to me, ticket’s haven’t arrived. I was on the phone to the ticket office several times on Friday and again today, left a voice mail message. Nobody called me back. Managed to speak to someone at about 3:30pm today to be told that tickets were only posted out last Wednesday, as tickets only arrived late from Salford.
Same thing happened with my season ticket, which arrived one week after the first game against City.
I’m more inclined to put the issue with delivery at the Royal Mail.
My ticket only had to travel just over three miles and it’s been five days and no delivery.
I won’t be selecting delivery again.

We quite often receive post 6 or 7 days after it's been posted, it seems the norm nowadays, even 1st class

That’s not true. I called in two weeks ago tomorrow to collect my Newcastle tickets and was able to get my Salford tickets at the same time. They’d all been processed by then and in envelopes.

Still waiting for ours
Rang the club on Saturday after our Luto tickets arrived only to be told that I needed to email
Received a response yesterday saying that the last ones were posted on Friday and if they haven't arrived by tomorrow then get in touch
As the post doesn't arrive until lunchtime or after and the fact that I'm working until 4.30pm doesn't leave a lot of time to sort out
A contingency plan of some sort would have been nice

The contingency plan is you ring the club after the postman comes and they put you on a reprint list and pick the tickets up at Salford

Waiting until 5pm to do anything about this is a great way to not attend the match

I wouldn't be phoning the ticket office around 5 pm if I were you, I think they'll be closed by then.

It's possible to buy them in advance.
A lot have shifted in the last 24 hours - so either Salford fans have just remembered there's a game, or many neutral fans will be in the home end.

can only seem to buy online if have a record of purchases/account with them. alternatively from the ticket office there, or theres a cabin before.
considering going over anyway and just seeing if can get some

Ive just managed to get 2, home end though.

Just registered a Manchester Address, they send you a QR code via email so I guess you could put any name and address.
My mate had already set one up using his Mrs Manchester Company address, he mentioned it and said he'd get me a couple, took minutes.

Can only say good things about the ticket office & BFC in general, rang them about my season ticket & organised a pick up as I did not want it posting to me as I live in Spain. Very, very helpful & professional including a call the day before to make sure we had everything we needed.

When did it change?
You used to back them 100%, what's happened to change that?
I've had very little problem with any type of ticket, but on the odd occasion I've had an issue it's been sorted quickly and professionally

Rang the club just after 4pm and they said they'd get us on the reprint list and to collect them from the Salford ticket office.
When we arrived I was told to collect them at the turnstile
The guy who ai spoke to even knew my full name.
When I ordered them it wouldn't let me buy the stand tickets and we had to choose seats.
The reprints are for the standing area.
Thanks for all the advice but I never doubted it would get sorted despite the frustration
P.S. The tickets never arrived but at least the Luton tickets arrived on Saturday UTC
... Still not good though
