When do we find out if we've got City at home or away?

I wish people would get new jokes. I have seen this 10 times already.
Every cup draw is exactly the same.

Starting to get very tedious.

Rovers at home for me.

Give them the smallest allocation possible, serve them no booze in the stand and hammer them once again.

Rovers at home please - our second string would put three past them, it would get a good crowd and be a good experience for the younger players in the squad to play in a game with a bit more emotion and atmosphere around it.

Will be keeping an eye on how a second string Man City team do away at Newcastle tonight. With the strength in depth we have I'd like us to have a real go at the cups this year, and Man City dropping out early would certainly help with that!

Having had a nice new local game last night any winnable game is preferable for me from here on. Namely Exeter, Mansfield, Port Vale or Blackburn ;)

A minimum x5 Premier league team's will go out tonight along the x3 that went out last night, we have a good chance of getting another good draw

looks like we have a 50/50 chance of a 'lower' team to play, so as long as we get a good draw, we'd stand a chance home or away with these.

Not sure if an away leg against a bigger team, with the prospect of a morale sapping heavy defeat, would help the cause, but there's always hope ;)

I definitely don’t want Rovers. We have some long-standing bragging rights which I’m happy to hold for a while yet. Why the desire to introduce risk to that?

Exeter, Mansfield or Port Vale at home please.

Home tie against either of Fulham or Norwich has got to be the best draw for Burnley but I think West Ham away would be just as good should they win at Lincoln tonight

Geographically, Exeter away would be great for me also.
Could allow Sherborne Phil to arrange a meet for the revitalised South West Clarets!

Agreed, they didn't play us for a while hence the thirty-four years. Let's have a bit of that.

But if we do draw them next I'd hope we'd stick twelve past them.

Very interesting how a city without Rodri and haaland and silva probably go against Newcastle away.Rooting for Newcastle it really opens it up then.

Would be happy with Mansfield or Port Vale away. Should comfortably beat them both, I've never been to Mansfield and Port Vale is a nice big away end.

The away game at Mansfield when we won the 4th was a lively affair

Next two rounds are:-

w/c 30th October & 18th December.

Round 4 is in between Bournemouth (a) & Crystal Palace (h)
Q/Final is in between Everton (h) & Fulham (a)

Would expect a similar line up to last night, no matter who we draw.

I'd suggest if we do get to the quarter final it will look much more like a first 11 than it did last night.
