Round my way "tea/dinner" is usually 19:30 and onwards.
Heathens
Personally, I time it so that tea is ready when I finish work at 16:00

30 minutes left for the count before the drainage starts.
In answer to Croydon, tea for me is normally around 19:00/19:30 but an early one tonight so I can watch the game at 19:30.

Counting completed.
We have 122 wholesome healthy beans and between 185ml and 195ml of juice! (Blame my poor jug buying skills for not being exact)
Confirmation of points to come.

Scorers in the correct juice range are Cabbage (185ml), claretblue (187ml) and green_parrot (189ml) = 5 points each

In the interests of accuracy, may I suggest that the committee consider the weighing of juices (using digital scales)?

Thanks for an excellent first count claretburns. The high number of beans certainly caught many counters out, myself included.
Hereβs hoping the clarets are full of beans in this evenings football game and knock the hatters for 6. Up the Mighty Clarets, get stuck in lads.

Easier and more accurate, but only if you have the right equipment. Optional, I guess. I have very, very accurate scales that will do a gram to 2-3 decimal places. For bakers yeast, I should add. But in cooking (and esp baking) it's advisable to weigh water/liquids rather than measure volume by eye. (The meniscus is a pain.)

Hi what_no_pies good to see that you are up for a count. We currently have the following counting volunteers pencilled in for upcoming games.
28/10 Bournemouth (a) - claretmisterg
01/11 Everton (a) FLC - BigF
04/11 Palace (h) - Eloise Laws
11/11 Arsenal (a) - BossCat
If you feel your counting mojo is good right now you could do the Bournemouth count and Iβll take a later one. Or you could do a later one. What would you prefer ?
