Withdraws his offer at Man U. Anybody got his email address? I’ll drop him a line and suggest if he buys our club he can take on a brilliant project with a view to building the next Man City, or better.
His bid was £5bn plus there would also have been more than £1.4bn to finance new stadium plans, new training centre facilities, buy players and also for community regeneration projects. Now that’s serious money.
Anyway if anyone has his number let me know and I’ll see if he’s interested.

Another chancer bidding for a football club with money he doesn't have. Not sure why clubs fall for this.

Well I for one wouldn't want his money and involvement in our club
Same and even more so if Saudi's wanted to invest in our club

Wouldn’t say he was a chancer, I have no doubt he’d get the money. Whether it’s truly his money or he was the vehicle to avoid any issues with UEFA and QSI already owning PSG is where it looked shady.

I’m of the same opinion & am deeply concerned as to who may already have invested money in our club.

I'm having a bit of a chuickle at the thought that he didn't have the cash. The Al Thanis are the ruling family and thanks to the North Field gas are seriously minted.

I am sure given 10 minutes, it would have gushed enough. Quarter of an hour for the brass knobs.
Twenty mins for gold knobs

You say that and of course there's issues with some of their culture but how many owners are doing this ? Not for the football club, not to make a profit but to help local people - your own council that YOU pay can't be assed to even fill a pot hole :
MCFC owner Sheikh Mansour's investment company Abu Dhabi United Group (ADUG) is to partner with Manchester City Council on a 10-year agreement to build up to 6,000 homes in the once rundown east Manchester area.
