Foster is a HUGE miss but on the plus side I’m delighted to see JBG back for some invaluable experience.
I think it could be Zaroury in more of a number 10 role today.

Seems to be a common theme. Sign a contract extension, don't play for weeks
Zaroury
Benson
Vitinho
Now Foster

I agree
Really glad JBG is back.
That backline is horrendous though. Going to need to score at least 2-3 today

Spewer about Foster. I'll try to remain optimistic though.

Without our two best players in Beyer and Foster.
But glad JBG, Brownhill and Zaroury are back.

Yes the backline is toss but hopefully the stronger midfield will help them out a bit more.

Defensively, that is an appalling backline. The cover in front doesn’t look too much better.

Glad Brownhill and Zaroury are back in.
Shame Brunn Larsen doesn’t get a start & Foster missing out (can only presume it’s a knock/illness)
Horrific defence.
4-3 Burnley

A frightening line up again.
Foster will be a big miss but the defence is the biggest area for concern.

Mad we've spent so much by our standards and Gudmundsson and Brownhill are still starting. But they should be better than what we had last time out. Foster is a big miss. Chance for Amdouni to step up, he missed some sitters in the early days of the season. Vitinho at right back always makes me shudder a bit but needs must.

You wanted Tresor in over Zaroury or Koleosho

Lightweight central midfield again of just two
Presume JBG as a No 10 to Amdouni
Koleosho or Zaroury playing on their weaker right side
Not confident

Amdouni not good alone up front against United and Newcastle. Let's start him there again..

Bournemouth won't have an easier game all season. If they have their shooting boots on we will be in serious trouble.

Not much choice unfortunately but I thought Amdouni did fine on his own against Man Utd in what was by far our strongest home performance to date.

Three points heading north today.

I hate to say it, but it isn't a team that fills me with confidence: an inexperienced, weak back five with not much power upfront. We could catch them on break though, I suppose. Come on you Clarets, let's put in a good performance and get three points!!

Should be playing over the back four and into midfield with that defence, but we'll know within the first 15mins if we're ever not going to play onto the traps we are set every game.
Worried that without Jay playing in the absence of Foster it suggests we're going to be as predictable as we've been all season. We're at the point where opponents are like 'go on Burnley, make life difficult for yourself, be our guest'.

How an ageing JBG gets in the side before Larsen is baffling

I agree that Larsen should be given a start but JBG was excellent against Forest and Man Utd before he had to go off injured.
I always feel more confident when he’s playing

Gudmondsson being ahead of Berge and Cork to play in midfield is crazy. And having that choice after how much we've spent is even worse

Jesus wept, no Foster.
Here we go again. No sooner the team sheet drops that any hope or optimism that built during the week just goes out the window. Frightening how we've ended up in this mess, big win for Bournemouth today and other results not going our way and slowly we start to get cut adrift.

To be fair, Cullen, Brownhill and JBG was the central three for our best run of form last season. Don't disagree though that with the money spent, we could have upgraded. At least with JBG in there the standard of our set pieces might improve a bit

Trafford has not shown anything to suggest he's better than Music, Steve, and Larsen has shown a lot to suggest he could be our best all round winger.
