According to livesoccertv.com, who are usually very good,the match is being shown right across the world on numerous channels (excluding Uk/Ireland )

Evertons last game in the league Cup against Villa was shown on American TV despite not being shown by Sky.

So there was plenty of streams.

On ESPN+ here in the USA. 3:35pm KO due to time change in UK. Should be plenty for people to find. Looks like all the carabao cup games are on ESPN+ here.

Should have every premier team match available for people in uk then they wouldn’t watch illegal streams all the time.
