Reckon it will be Redmond central with JBL right and Tresor left, I hope Berge and Cullen are a genuine double pivot rather than Cullen on his own.

Dyche fielding a very strong side, knowing that Everton won't get relegated or even be in a relegation battle, can only hope we don't get hammered.

Think Vitinho more likely right back with Delacroix left back

I know I must admit, I feel slightly deflated after seeing the two starting elevens.
They just look so strong and full of experience.

Redmond looked like he's still got it in the last game
I think he's gonna be the experience were gonna need starting going forward

Yep I did not expect him to go with that team.
Looks like he’s moved Dwight into central role which is interesting.

I think it will be:
Muric
Vitinho Al-Dakhil O'Shea Delcroix
Cullen
Larsen Berge Tresor Redmond
Rodriguez
Also hoping that Berge will be deployed as another CDM alongside Cullen, who must be sick to death of being on his own in midfield by now.

He’s played their full strength team all tournament so far. Here he had a fanbase that would accept us rolling over in the cup with a weak team, he won’t have that there.

I just ...... yes, the same.
Those tickets got snapped up quick I know I tried to get one but now feel sorry for the travelling fans.
I hope this is the magic formula that sees us kick off the season.

I really hope that isn’t how we line up. The thought of Berge and Tresor playing as sixes makes me really nervous we could be on for a drubbing

More than slightly annoying seeing Dyche take the cup competitions seriously, after the dross we had to put up with.

There’s at least 5 players on that bench that get in our starting eleven

Happy with Redmond/Larsen on the wings (presumably) and Trésor through the middle.

So no signs of VK experimenting to try and stop teams bullying through our centre midfield. Unbelievable. At least he could have started Cork or Massengo alongside Cullen. He's quickly going from genius to a stubborn fool. Tresor and Berge in cm is as barmy as it gets.

Just basing it on how we've approached each game so far under VK since around February.
Cullen as a 6 with Berge and Tresor as 8s.

While the side is no better or worse than any we’ve put out this season , the likes of Vitinho playing anywhere near this level is concerning . That said it’s a real chance for the likes of BL , Tresor ,Redmond, Delcroix to stake a claim as with the exception of BL they’ve been invisible. Could be a tough night but hope springs eternal !

Not holding much hope with that back four against a Dyche team to be honest. I am struggling to see where the next win is coming from. COYC.

Feels a stronger Burnley team than started last Saturday.
Redmond is only 29 by the way and has nearly 300 PL games. He may have a lot left in the tank.

Jack Cork needs to be starting every game from now on.
He is no doubt the talisman of the entire team.
With Cork we always seem to control the midfield... Without him... It's a bloody shambles.

Starting with three wingers again ,if we get stuffed tonight morale will be really low VK probably hoping Muric has a stinker so he can still play Trafford on Saturday.

Odds on Everton have gone from close to evens to 8/15.

I hope it's this but you never know with VK. Back line could be different and he could easily play Tresor and Larsen on their weaker sides.

If Muric saved 5 penalties and scored an injury time header after sprinting up to nod it in … you couldn’t guarantee he start against palace

Hopefully Tresor gets a go either out left or in the 10 role. Cullen and Berge as a double pivot and holding I would imagine?!

Either that or one of AAD/O’Shea at right back, Vitinho at left back, Delcroix LCB & maybe Trésor / Redmond the other way around
I actually think it’s a better team than what we put out in our last league game
