Alan Pace has to give VK time for the 5 year plan to work and not cave in to pressure to remove him. We all knew that last season we massively overacheived and that put us way ahead of schedule. The players we brought in before last season started needed 6 months to start firing on all cylinders and thats whats happening with the current crop, however being in the prem doesnt give the luxury of a bedding in period and there is nowhere to hide and we have been serverly punished. The opposition is so much better and it was always going to be about survival and then trying to build some experience into the squad to kick on next season. Top 10 was never going to happen and screaming for Kompany out is being short sighted and not seeing the bigger picture.
It is massively frustrating to watch us lose week in week out and the manner of doing so is depressing but we have to stay upbeat and take the rough with the smooth and get behind the team drummer or not.
