I tried to use the QR code to get in yesterday and it didn't work. A 'no ticket' message flagged up at the turnstile. I was hoping to be able to leave my actual season ticket at home in future but, thankfully, I had it on me yesterday, so I won't be risking that.

Anyone else tried using the app to get in?

Coincidentally I also was going to test the app yesterday but got the same message

The app is very unpredictable, sometimes works sometimes not, hold on to your season card.

Old tech is always more reliable.

Online payment portal was down.

Im intrigued by this as I was (weirdly) going to ask a question about this today. I got thinking this morning and wanted to know if it worked for season tickets so I could pass my seat on for Boxing Day.

I used the app for my daughter yesterday and it worked fine, but I used my season ticket card for myself.

It won't allow you to screenshot the QR code, but it looks like you can send it to someone else's 'wallet' using a share button at the top.

But since it doesn't bloody work, I wouldn't bother.

how do i add a season ticket to my wallet or is it not possible?

Has anyone tried using a photo of your season card on your phone

Disable the NFC setting on your phone whilst using the app, it stops the ticket wallet from working

I tried screenshoting the QR code from the wallet on a previous game, it didn't work, so I took a photo with another phone. However I hsvent had chance to test it. I may be wrong but assumed a QR code is a QR code and would scan?

This was when I was stuck in traffic hours away and knew I was unable to make the game, thought I'd try and pass the ticket on.

Yep I would like to know how you do this too if someone has a link on how to do it. When I open my Apple Wallet the only options I have are Debit/Credit Cards and Travel Cards.

It’s not added to your wallet

It’s in the Club App (or would be if it worked properly)

I was advised by the ticket office that it doesn’t work for season tickets. I’d use it if it 1) worked and 2) went into my Apple Wallet and not a club app.

Brilliant. So they know it doesn't work, but they still allow it to generate the QR code.
