I knew he could sing and had been in a band but had never heard him. Very shy I’m told but not with the mike & a guitar.

Was arranging for his brothers band to play pre match I seem to remember but it never happened.

We had some great characters during the SD era: top pros and top lads.
Scotty always showed he realised how lucky he was to be a professional footballer. Played with a smile on his face.
