For those of you that donβt know, I put the following on social media yesterday. It quickly took off and it has been great to see so many people trying to take in some exercise, as a way of thinking about Lyle Foster, but also, to look after their own well-being.

If youβre not on Twitter, but would like to contribute by uploading a picture of your walk, run, cycle, swim, dog walk etc, please do so here.
Have a lovely day folks.
Psβ¦if youβre going to the Emirates today, perhaps get off the Tube one stop earlier and get your #MileForLyle in that way

Posters may be at loggerheads at times on here, but when
the chips are well and truly down there's no better place to be
or club to support than our beloved Clarets.
Fantastic gesture JD.

Great initiative jdrobbo.
There's so much we can do to protect ourselves and keep our mental health in good shape. Exercise is one of many key factors.
Brilliant way of showing support for Lyle while he's not on the pitch.

Out early this morning on a very cold and foggy morning into our beautiful City of Lincoln .
Walked over 8 km - just over 5 miles thinking of several friends who I know in both the Edenfield and Lincoln areas who have had mental health issues over the past as well as LF of course
2 stops for cappuccino at Greggs and on one stop a sausage roll
Back home by Bus.
Great morning spent and home watching the WHU game

Terrific that so many have done some form of exercise for themselves in the last 2-3 days, many picking up exercise again for the first time in the last few months

Another 9 km walk this morning when the rain stopped at 9-15.
Windy but sunny and blue skies.
Had a pit stop at Greggs for a cappuccino and a sausage roll and later at M&S cafe for Tea and cake 12 oβclock bus home
Again thoughts were for friends back in Lancashire and Lincoln for those with Mental Health issues.
Keeping my weight down as well as the exercise and fresh air

Another 9 km completed today with a walk into town and a Coffee stop and then on to Syston Farm Shop by bus for lunch with a friend
Vennison Cassserole with mash cauliflower broccoli carrots and cabbage
Followed by Blackberry and Apple Crumble and custard and bus back and walk home
Lots of time to spend thinking about old and new friends in both Lincoln and the Edenfield areas who have experienced mental health issues.
Thoughts with Lyle of course as well

Great initiative JD. You can't beat fresh air and a good view.
This was my first time out, after injury, for a while but no probs so I'll be hitting the fells regularly now.

I would put a photo of my (almost) daily swim of up to 1500 metres at the Woodland Spa but:
1. I have no idea how to post a photo on the site
2. I do not wish to freak out the readers
