What can we do to help VK get a win? years ago my granddaughters started having Haffners meat pie and peas before going on the match and that seemed to stop working,so last year we tried Haribos and Werthers Originals and they worked a treat but now we’ve tried M&S Peppa Pigs ,Giant Chocolate buttons, and Lion Midget Gems ,anyone any ideas? asking for a friend .

I’m hoping this is one post that I can’t get into an argument about ,so as the baddies say when interviewed “ No Comment”

I'm running out of ideas to help tbh...
Tried wearing my lucky socks v Spurs - lost
Tried wearing my lucky underpants v Chelsea - lost
Tried wearing my lucky home shirt v Man Utd - lost
Went for a (I thought) foolproof combination of wearing my lucky socks, lucky underpants and lucky shirt for Palace -lost
Now I just call them, socks, underpants and shirt

I would suggest just supporting the clarets
VK was surprised as all the fans were how well we played and conquered the championship.
In my opinion it came to early getting in the prem.
He is trying to build a team with youth and Skillful players, which I think is wonderful for our club.
This season has come to quick for us, I hope we can survive but it isn’t the end of the world like some of our fans seem to think calling to sack VK.
If we go down it will be a good learning curve for our players and VK

M&S *Percy* Pigs every time.
Feeling more confident now.

The only game we have won this season is when I did the tinned food count, willing to put my name forward again for the next available game.

Roar, like we're winning whatever the score. Never stop believing, never give up on the boys. Don't groan your disappointment and frustration.

Definitely don’t try chocolate covered flapjack.
I took one to Sheffield Wednesday away 09/08/08. Not only were we walloped but said flapjack was confiscated on entry, in case I decided to throw it rather than eat it.
The confiscation annoys me more than the result, now!

We've got the footcount, what more could we possibly need?!

Reckon that might be easier than estimating tinned food contents.

I wore this seasons shirt every game and then against Palace I didn't. No difference.
That's all I can offer.

You can take mine for Brighton away if it helps us win.
I have tried all my lucky socks this season and none of them have worked. Now I'm trying a good few pints of ale before a game, doesn't seem to be working but it is making the football more enjoyable.

I'd bought a vintage shirt, scrapped that for the Palace game and wore this seasons coupled with last beer before kick off in a different pub, I'm at a loss.

Try jam sandwiches for West Ham. If it fails, then superstition is clearly nonsense so there's no point trying at again. If it succeeds, then superstition is wonderfully accurate and you save a fortune on matchday snacks.
