On the official website. I can't see another thread about this, apologies if that's not the case:

'As part of Burnley Football Club’s ongoing digital development and improvements, the online ticketing platform will be offline from 5pm Sunday 12th until 5pm Wednesday 15th November.

The ticket office will remain open as usual from 9am until 5pm for in person and phone enquiries but no sales will be made during the period when the system will be down for the upgrade.

Ticket details for the Brighton & Hove Albion game on 9th December will be announced in due course.

Once these developments have been completed all users will need to reset their password. This also applies to users of the website, app and Clarets+.'
