This book about the Team of the 70s is not available in the club shop.
They have declined to stock it.
Only bookshop in the area to have it is Colne Bookshop.
Currently sold out but will have more copies on Dec 14.
All copies signed by Waldron Fletcher Thomson and Casper.
Plus all purchasers receive a free copy of the hardback Best of Burnley Anthology.
And
Just a reminder that the Central Library Football resource area is now up and running with lots to browse through.
Plus its warm down there.

What’s the reason for not stocking it Dave? I’d have thought it was a bit of a no-brainer for them.

Is it hardback or paperback?
Or both?

hardback.
Club shop concentrating on flags.
Their reason is books don't sell.
They may have a point as hardback book prices now hit £25.
What they seem not to remember is that I GAVE them dozens of copies of a couple of titles when the publisher retired
and he gave me all his unsold Burnley stock.
The idea was that they would in turn give them as a freebie when other books were bought.
Er that never happened... so now they say they have too many unsold books.
Meanwhile Dobbo has a book in the pipeline.

Appears to me that the club have treated you and us all with contempt, very poor from BFC.

A fabulous gift for my Dad that as one of his Christmas presents (three of his all time heroes having signed it). Is there any online provision at all Dave, couldn’t see a website for Colne Bookshop? If not I’ll have to try and get over when in stock on the 16th/17th weekend.

Poor decision by the club - there is a dedicated audience who love your books and have done so for many years. Some things are more important than profit margins, or should be. I look forward, one day, to a tell all scorched Earth story on ALK :D.

The old flea market dockray street stocked the classics if you had the time to rifle thru same applied to the vinyls upstairs.

Not sure about a bookshop website. I'll have a google and see.
There is also a VK book in the pipeline from Legends Publishing.
But doesn't include last season, unless it has been added at the last minute.
And when in Colne have a coffee at Tubbs down the hill.

If you are unable to buy the book locally, it is available on Amazon.

Thanks Dave - I’m gonna make a trip over to Colne now on the 16th before the Everton game.
