Actually no. If they show another slowmo you’ll see his leg is clipped by the defender.

Chelsea a talented group of players but they look a seriously naive team. Maatsen lost a challenge in the build up he could perhaps have done better with.

Far too close to call. If he’d been onside and the guy flags Goodison would have been, quite rightly, in uproar. These injuries are so rare stick with what we have.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but it was a very tight offside decision so lineman was right not to raise his flag.
