Anyone know how to get in touch with the club on a match evening. My lad has gone off to the match with his grandad and I have his season ticket. Any advice?

Not sure if it would work, but maybe picture the bardcode on the rear and send it him, would he be able to get in with that?

A season ticket holder who has forgotten their ticket used to be able to pay £5 at the ticket office to be admitted for the match in question.

I have had to pay a fiver before now when I forgot mine years ago

If he's got the app, you can download your ticket to that.

I’ve tried to us it before without any luck but Ive just checked it actually appears to be working and showing the ticket as well
(Granted I am still sat at home with full WiFi signal so let’s see if still works when I’m at the ground

I forgot my card earlier this season and the ticket office just printed off a ticket for me with no charge.

I tried to use the QR code on the mobile app tonight but it gave an error on the terminal and didn't admit me. I had my season card to hand for this eventuality.
