Sounds an interesting prospect for the future so let’s hope he continues his development at Dundee eh.

That's it now for Dundee - they've got the maximum number of three players from us that's permitted in Scottish football.

Playing in the Scottish kickers league will help toughen them up and help Micheals international progress

Nice headline Tony.
Glad he finally made it there. Hoping he can make the step up to the SPL, will follow Dundee closely now.

Found one of their fans forums and there is 3 pages of them (maybe rightly) questioning whether he can make an impact due to age and only having L2 experience.... pic attached is a great one to see!
Assisted 2 minutes after coming on at 60mins, then on '79 and then got himself one!
Could be an exciting talent, be interesting to see him at 21 in the Champ next year!

Is this true? Dundee fans seem to think that 2 of the loans dont count as they were registered in our U21 squad which means they dont count towards their 3 loans from one club

He’d previously been at Manchester United but joined us when he was 15 or 16. It was summer 2019. He appeared with the u18s in the youth tournament in Prague.

Cheers.
Didn't we pick up a midfielder from United too in the last season or two ? (Can't remember his name but I think he may have left already)

I remember a couple of my United mates being disappointed they let Helm go, some drop from being U21 Captain at United to Burton. Nice that Mellon is doing well, it'll be interesting to see if he gets in to the squad next season (assuming we drop)

Well done, Michael.
I really don't know how the SPL rates compared with L1. Put 28 Feb in your diary: Dundee play at Parkhead.

I don’t like the guy, but spending time with his wife is about the most bizarre comment I’ve seen. How bloody dare he!

It couldn't happen anywhere else.
A positive thread about our young players turns into an opportunity to have a dig at the chairman.

Funny isn't it? It's not as if there are people posting positively about youth team or, say, the women's team, on the threads designed to slag off the board or management.

I just think it's a cheap shot, Rowls, and basically symptomatic of this MB lately.

We need to change the thread title to:-
Mellon helps make it three, then makes it four for the Dee
