I had just booked my train ticket about an hour ago and wondered when they would go on sale. Great stuff.

Now on sale and it looks like the plan is the wrong way round. The seats on the left are actually on the far right hand side as you face the pitch.

Just had a look at our most recent turnouts there
2016/17: 1,343
2017/18: 1,047
2018/19: 958
2019/20: 1,846
It won't make the last total no matter what, we haven't taken that many tickets, but I expect it will beat the 2018/19 total.

I've already got mine. Down towards the front, so can avoid view being blocked by low roof, also the pillars (I hope). But, also on the aisle to improve chance of seeing as much as possible of the by-line and corner to the left. If they've put the seats up the wrong way round...I might not have got this right.

Tickets won’t be emailed out until the Thursday before the game. The club have confirmed: “All tickets for this fixture will be digital and emailed over each to individual supporter a couple of days before the match.”

How does it work with digital tickets when you've ordered multiple in one go? Is it separate links for each one?

As Leisure has said, all to the individuals rather than to the lead email address which makes it harder work when you are organising a trip for a few people, trying to make sure they've all got their tickets. Cheers both. I'm not convinced that this is progress but it seems to be the way things are going. For the Everton cup game I had both mine and my daughters ticket sent to my email. My daughter has her own ticketing account (as in points etc) but I don't think I have ever registered an email address for her and it all goes through my account. All i did was forward the email with her ticket on to her and she did the rest.
It's something i need to get sorted ideally but it is possible I think for one person to buy for another (within friends and family) and to pass it on to them.

The restricted view tickets at Palace....how restricted is it? Going off the plan there are not many regular tickets to go at and I'm hoping to snaffle a couiple in the morning.

You won't see much of the ball over head height, especially on the near side, and it'll be a struggle to see much of the touchline going towards the far goal. On the other hand, you'll have a great view when our goals go in at our end!

These will be emailed out around a week before the game. You will then need to follow the link and download the ticket to the wallet on your phone.
I'm not really sure what it means by a wallet on your phone. Will have to find out I guess.

Yes, can also be saved on an Android. And multiple tickets can be downloaded to the same phone.

I've got Google wallet but have had stuff in the past that refused to save there and wanted some alternative wallet app. Glad this doesn't seem to be the case here.
