Seems a big job for someone relatively inexperienced, particularly given the malaise both at Saracens and in Rugby Union at large.

I don't know about Saracens but I do know he came in at Burnley in one role but was then shifted to another and then shifted again, this time through the door.

It is interesting just how many have been rinsed through the club in this way in recent years - in my eyes it brings into question the whole recruitment process - but then I may be old fashioned in these thoughts.

I happened across some of the Man City HR & recruitment team on LinkedIn the other day. Interesting that none of them had a football background, they were all from industry.
