Them last 3 days are tough. Roughly 18, 19 & 20 miles.

I've developed a sprained foot too from over use. Really helpful.
The gale blowing today is not helpful!

Presumably this is designed for established runners?
Going from zero to 20-odd mile runs within less than 5 weeks is a mammoth escalation!

I did a park run the weekend before it started, it took me over 30 minutes and I was almost sick at the finish!
It was tough from about day 5, but you just grow with it.
It's a mental battle as much as anything
