As MDWat said it's Eh-stev because of the grave accent - on Clarets+ they've got it wrong and referred to him as Estéve

We look a bit top heavy with centre backs now. I make it 6, 7 if you count McNally. Big summer ahead at present the squad is a bit of a bloated mess.

I actually like the look of this guy - seems very happy to be here which is always a big plus. Could tell in his interview that it wasn't the usual regurgitated monotone drone that you usually expect from players that have had extensive media training, even if he was speaking in en français.
