I hope they go down now, Roy was doing exactly what was expected of him if not more to say hes had his best players injured for most of the season and lost Zaha on a free transfer. I've no doubt that he stepped down as he knew he was about to be sacked

Oddly there’s no mention verified or factual report of Roy’s hospital stay ,or illness or leaving hospital rather than stand alone “ Roy back home “ etc . I hope the whole thing wasn’t a ruse just to gently drop old Roy ? as it seemed pretty public knowledge a replacement was lined up . Either way you can only wish Roy well , real old school and seems to respected by almost everyone .

Presume they think now hes gone there's very little need to release any medical details about that situation, which is fair enough.
They probably would have had to give a bit more info if he was still manager.

Yes quite possible , as if they were gonna cook something up they surely wouldn’t have gone about it this way . Must say as a team Palace we’re the worst I’d seen them during our “ prem years “

Past few games banners have been plenty at Palace games asking for "Hodgson Out" "Taking us backwards" etc.

Tonight at Everton, banners plenty saying "Thank you Roy" "always welcome at the Palace".

Aren't fans fickle.
