Re: Rovers protest
Newcastle so slow! Rovers fighting hard. The trippier stick is getting a bit boring but to be fair we gave Wharton grief at Palace.
Re: Rovers protest
"The incident occurred around 15 minutes into Tuesday's FA Cup clash at Ewood Park.
Blackburn and Newcastle were both competing for supremacy when a hail of tennis balls entered the field.
Around 15 to 20 were hurled from the corner of the Ronnie Clayton Blackburn End by home fans.
It appeared the balls were thrown onto the pitch to protest Blackburn's owners"

Re: Rovers protest
Breaking news from Calcutta,... Venkys have withdrawn, with immediate effect, their financial backing for Blackburn Rovers. This is due to the fact that a ****** up Andy Murray was allowed into the home stands against the stewards advice.

There'll be a lot of well packed boys looking like they're wearing Blackadder 1st's cod pieceDark Cloud wrote: ↑Wed Feb 21, 2024 8:39 pmThey'll all get searched outside (we do!) and all balls confiscated! Next idea!

Howes tactics are appalling!!
Re: Rovers protest
Rovers are playing with more desire than we've shown in any match this year. Good luck to them.

What this game has show yet again is how poor that referee from Australia is.

Newcastle have been shocking, absolutely shocking.
Re: Rovers protest
On this showing Rovers will have a field day against us next season, home and away
They are immeasurably better than our crock of sh1t offering. Heartbreaking watching the passion desire and grit from those down the road conpared to the garbage we've been served up all season.

Re: Rovers protest
Overreaction. Yes we are crap, but they are also still crap and 4 points above relegation in the league below us. Newcastle just also happen to be massively out of form, genuinely think we would look decent against this Newcastle team.BobSykes wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 9:54 pmOn this showing Rovers will have a field day against us next season, home and away

My take. Blackburn doing very well. Newcastle are very poor. Their strip is a shocker too. No.love for either of these teams.
Re: Rovers protest
The only thing that maybe a concern is last time we played them we had Cork ,Barnes,J Rod,& one or two more telling the young guys about the importance of beating them ,is there going to be anyone left to do that next season?

Rovers deserve a go at penalties at least.. Played well..
Re: Rovers protest
Eustace did great considering at Birmingham.
Dyche did great at Watford considering.
Dyche came to Burnley and the rest is history.
I hope Eustace isn't their Dyche

Re: Rovers protest
I haven't seen any passion from our players in 2024, so what makes us think they will be more passionate in a league below?
Re: Rovers protest
Some people really need to give their heads a wobble ,I’m not a fan of the happy clappers who tell fans who moan to go and watch Rovers ,but Clarets fans on this post wanting Rovers to win really need to get down the M65 ,your definitely not true Burnley fans.
Re: Rovers protest
Exactly they’d never want us to win.Westleigh wrote: ↑Tue Feb 27, 2024 10:30 pmSome people really need to give their heads a wobble ,I’m not a fan of the happy clappers who tell fans who moan to go and watch Rovers ,but Clarets fans on this post wanting Rovers to win really need to get down the M65 ,your definitely not true Burnley fans.
