Call me a cynic but with two England U21 games coming up my take is that VK didn't want to risk Trafford being injured. Appearing on the International stage could add to Trafford's CV thereby increasing his value at selling time!
Muric will be dropped once the break International break is done...........just my opinion of course. I would prefer Muric every time but i'm not the manager.

Mr Kompany has been a very poor decision maker, over the GK. He left it until the fans were on Trafford's back and booing. He allowed us to concede shedloads of goals.
Neither of those two inactions helped Trafford.
Muric - who gives me kittens - proved his worth yesterday. Speed of thought and execution were excellent. It made the difference.
