Re: 2023/24: Sheffield United v Burnley – Ticket Information
Tried getting tickets online today for me and 2 kids in the past I have always just ordered tickets for us all off my account. it won’t let me do that now (I can only have 1) so I created 2 new accounts for my kids and linked them to my account and tried to buy but they don’t have enough loyalty points to make the purchase you need 10 I thought they were in general sale now?

Technically they're all behind the goal.
There are 158 seats in length. So 79 should be bang in centre of the goal.
But it's probably not.

They have had put 10 loyalty points on as the big club fans always buy tickets in the Burnley end when we visit.JarrowClaret wrote: ↑Fri Mar 29, 2024 8:44 pmTried getting tickets online today for me and 2 kids in the past I have always just ordered tickets for us all off my account. it won’t let me do that now (I can only have 1) so I created 2 new accounts for my kids and linked them to my account and tried to buy but they don’t have enough loyalty points to make the purchase you need 10 I thought they were in general sale now?
Just ring the club in the morning and explain.

This site shows that seats in the 90s and 100s are behind the goal. Very useful site to help navigate the often very strange seating plans we are given.

It's always worth asking the ticket office. There always seems to be tickets knocking about somewhere.JarrowClaret wrote: ↑Sun Mar 31, 2024 11:39 amYep kids will be gutted I tried several times yesterday and Friday, oh well they will have to wait until next season unless more get released will check again Monday/ Tuesday.

More to do in Liverpool centre for kids if you're making a day of it.

To be honest in my opinion it is a more crucial game dependant on Tuesday, but it is a fare old trek from Jarrow won’t get much chance to see the sights I don’t think, hopefully it will be worth it though.Quickenthetempo wrote: ↑Sun Mar 31, 2024 3:03 pmMore to do in Liverpool centre for kids if you're making a day of it.

Do we think its actually sold out or the system needs restocking? Amazing what a couple of decent results can do!

There were around 150 left when I checked on Friday evening
Now wish I’d took the chance and got them yesterday before my group confirmed

If they're putting them on block by block though may still be some left.wilks_bfc wrote: ↑Sun Mar 31, 2024 3:33 pmThere were around 150 left when I checked on Friday evening

Has anyone got any tickets ?
Re: 2023/24: Sheffield United v Burnley – Ticket Information
I'm not sure if the back 5 or so rows in Block 3 have actually gone on sale yet I'd keep an eye on the Club website.
Re: 2023/24: Sheffield United v Burnley – Ticket Information
Now back on sale.

Re: 2023/24: Sheffield United v Burnley – Ticket Information
What is annoying and frustrating for people is when it shows Sold Out but often it's actually only the seats which have been made available online that have sold out and they still have tickets available, which just need loading onto the system. When this is the case they really should have a message stating that 'More seats will be available shortly ' or something similar.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2024 10:41 amI spoke to Liz on Sunday, they'd had a cancellation for two because they'd been unable to get tickets. No way should they keep saying sold out when they're not.

I wouldn't be surprised if a few of the back rows of block 3 have still to be put on sale.ClaretTony wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2024 10:41 amI spoke to Liz on Sunday, they'd had a cancellation for two because they'd been unable to get tickets. No way should they keep saying sold out when they're not.

This is absolutely the case as when I see sold out... I don't look again so I'm a bit annoyedLeisure wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2024 11:01 amWhat is annoying and frustrating for people is when it shows Sold Out but often it's actually only the seats which have been made available online that have sold out and they still have tickets available, which just need loading onto the system. They absolutely should not be using 'sold out'

It is a stupid practice that they insist should happen. Twice this season when hey have emailed asking for feedback on how to improve things at the club I have mentioned this method of sales. The second time labelling it stupid due to them saying sold out and people seeing it and then not bothering looking again.Leisure wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2024 11:01 amWhat is annoying and frustrating for people is when it shows Sold Out but often it's actually only the seats which have been made available online that have sold out and they still have tickets available, which just need loading onto the system. Once the club has the allocation just put the tickets on sale. Not one person at the club could offer a reason why they think putting a block on at a time is the right approach, even more so when they lack the intelligence to put another section on before selling out a previous one.

Having an allocation and not making it fully available is an odd way of selling them, but could it be how the home team has advised selling them?claretonthecoast1882 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2024 11:19 amIt is a stupid practice that they insist should happen. I’m just speculating and don’t know the layout, but it’s a possibility
If they made them all available at once and don’t sell out, fans could be spread across all available blocks. The home team might say “don’t sell these blocks until all the others have sold” which would allow for a “natural” barrier of seats between fans.

I am sure they have instructions but can't imagine those same instructions tell the ticket office to put up unhelpful seating plans and then tell fans it has sold out when we sell the individual block that is currently on sale.wilks_bfc wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2024 10:24 pmHaving an allocation and not making it fully available is an odd way of selling them, but could it be how the home team has advised selling them?

The Man City one being another dumb episode where it was a sold out away end and it felt right our group had a row to ourselves.

The seating plan at Everton was a load of crap. I picked our seats as far away as possible from the obstructed views in the lower bullens, yet everyone was complaining they couldn't see much because of the posts.claretonthecoast1882 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 10, 2024 8:27 amI am sure they have instructions but can't imagine those same instructions tell the ticket office to put up unhelpful seating plans and then tell fans it has sold out when we sell the individual block that is currently on sale.

Block 4 now on sale around 150 seats left
Re: 2023/24: Sheffield United v Burnley – Ticket Information
I seem to remember the home club can dictate what order the blocks are sold in but quite why we have a system that can't automatically start selling the next block at a certain point and why they use "Sold out" to indicate "Not actually sold out, there will be some more tickets soon" is anybody's guess.claretonthecoast1882 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2024 11:19 amIt is a stupid practice that they insist should happen. Re: 2023/24: Sheffield United v Burnley – Ticket Information
Someone contacted me almost two weeks ago asking about away travel for him and his 12yo son. He got sorted with the Supporters Club but then cancelled a week last Sunday (nine days ago) because it was sold out. Yet they are on sale today.

I had to collect mine from the sorting office. The delightful Royal Mail service for you.

Got mine 2 weeks ago, I'd ring the club and see if they've still got them but looking likely that you'll have to reprint.up_the_clarets_1989 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 17, 2024 7:30 amHas everyone got their tickets? Mine still haven’t arrived. When to panic?!
