No - allocations often not announced but the away attendance for us at Old Trafford in recent years
2016/17 - 3,065
2017/18 - 3,000
2018/19 - 2,501
2019/20 - 2,071
2021/22 - 2,464

So have we taken the reduced allocation? Seems odd given the distance & what potentially could be riding on it.

If we lose the next few it will be the correct decision, if we win the next few it will be the wrong decision.

Strange allocation. I didn’t think that the away could be segregated more than it already is.

Seems stupid to take a reduced allocation just when there's a bit of excitement and feel good factor returning.

But we've struggled to sell anywhere near 1800 for any of our games since Villa away and we would probably have to pay for unsold tickets if we took the full allocation.

No. It’s the block next to it. I’d imagine that’ll have home fans in this time as they only use it when clubs take maximum away allocation.

Can't fault the club taking the lower allocation.
We will have had to inform them in advance and up until a week ago we would have got nowhere near selling 3000. Can't expect the club to take full allocations when people don't want to go to away games when things aren't going well.

Seems to depend on whether you speak to the left hand or right hand sometimes

Mine is printed so it may drop through my letterbox tomorrow.
I have just torn my meniscus on my knee and been advised to rest up,so could struggle getting to Old Trafford and standing for the duration so I have a ticket available if anyone wants it?

Ticket has arrived. If you log on around same time as yesterday 16:30 to 17:00 I will send you my email and once you have got it I will delete it to sort out posting etc. I will post it in the morning then. Cheers
