We are gone I’m afraid . We played well tonight but just lack the final ball in the final third. Go down , regroup come back stronger

signs of improvement lately, but we needed the wins, and its a mountain to climb catching forest up the 6 points. But theres seven remaining games for us, so here's hoping.

Come on , obviously a win would be preferred but a point and 4 unbeaten we are a long way from being relegated

No. Must not lose. They will only drop with another points deduction and if that was 3-4 points we are close.
The main thing is we are playing well, have some resilience, and have a chance, even if the odds are against us.

We’re still going down, but we’ve been a whole lot better over the last few games.

I’m not sure I’d say a long way, we could arguable be down in another 3-4 games

I’ve not given up though, I never do, I think I enjoy the pain too much

The last of the must wins for me. Lost another two points on Forest tonight it’s done.

After failing to win tonight Saturday is absolutely a must win

I like some of your enthusiasm but realistic glimpses of staving relegation were about 6 games ago. Dropping our pants Vs Wet Spam (again) was it for me.
Some put in some battling performances and tonight was a very entertaining game and great atmosphere.
I'll just be happy if we carry on putting in performances like tonight for the remainder of the season

Look how many headers Wolves won tonight, sadly I'll be amazed if we get anything at Goodison. Tonight killed us off unless the rest get another load of points taken off them. Like it or not, we don't deserve to stay up given our season.

It’s done. No amount of hoping is going to change that, unfortunately.
We left it way too late to play Muric and have suffered some awful officiating. Cruel on the fans.

Don't forget we've currently got a minus 34 goal difference so we are actually 7 points off safety

Everton, Brighton, Sheff Utd and Forest are all now "must win" games if we're to have any hope.

I’m a firm believer that you start your next season how you finished your last, so I’d just be happy to go down swinging and have some encouraging performances between now and the end of the year.
If we could get 2 or 3 wins and a couple of draws to keep things interesting then all the better.

It would be over if we didn't have two 6 pointers against Everton and Forest..
Beat them and a win or two somewhere else and you never know....

A through ball the likes of 3 or 4 times last night we've been missing all season, just unfortunate last night that every one was just that little bit too heavy.

Almost inevitable that this game will end Everton’s current sequence of 13 games without a victory.

Realistically we were consigned to relegation some time ago, but the recent run of results and good performances has left us with a very outside chance. A good point last night although we've left ourselves in a position where points at home to bottom half/middling teams is not going to cut it. On an optimistic note, we have got 6 games to gain 4 points on Forest which could take it into a last day decider. Looking at those fixtures individually, if we play like we have in the last couple of games we have a chance of picking up points in any of those games, and that isn't something I thought I'd be saying a month or so ago. With each game, the chances of gaining those 4 points gets smaller so Everton is a big match - and if we play anything like we did against them at Turf Moor we don't stand a chance. But let's hope we've learned some lessons.

Everton is a must win because we need to give Everton in the fight with the potential points deduction, a win for Everton would pretty much make them safe in my opinion

As mentioned om another post 'hope springs eternal'
but evaporated somewhat, but not totally, after last night's result.
If we lose against Everton then I'm afraid hope, in terms of staying up, will be extinguished.

We’d have our best chance if we play the central strikers centrally and put the wingers on the wings

I'm certain we are good enough to keep the unbeaten run going. I'm less certain we are good enough to provide the killer touch we need to produce in this key game.
Confidence in the officiating is at a low and will always affect our thinking. We really do need that balancing out we always hear about.

Won 14 lost 12 aerial duels. Source fbref.com.
Doesn’t look bad. Yes I fear Everton too. But those were the facts.

Is that going to be for us? Could be level after a points deduction.

does that include all the free headers that were neither won nor competed in ? I doubt it as they were free headers

We need to outscore Forest by 4 points in the next 7 games to stand a chance. It's far from impossible even if we don't beat Everton aslong as Forest don't win. But with each passing game it becomes more of a miracle that's required

Everton comfortably beat us at home 0-3
What makes anyone think we can go there and win.
Yes we have improved but not enough to go to Everton and beat them
Hope can!!
We have a to big of a mountain to climb stay up!!
Just being realistic
Burnley have been really really poor this season and to be honest don’t deserve to stay up

Yes we’d love to win at Everton but being realistic it’s a big ask. They are far too strong for us especially in the air where you can guarantee they’ll bombard us. Our seasons done I’m afraid, we’ve left it too late. I’d love to be proved wrong of course.

We need Jayrod on from the start and Benny wide right attack from the off.Do City style tackling in the oppositions half not close to our goal
Don't give stupid corners away and tight marking Dwight and DCL .We don't often get anything at Goodison but if we score first we have a chance

What odds on a Tarkowski goal or assist? Far post corner and he comes round the back of our defenders. As he did in the cup game at Goodison and after our defending, or lack of for the Wolves set piece equaliser, I doubt we have learnt a lesson.

We need to completely change the way we have played against Everton in the 2 games against them this season, both games we have been bullied off the ball.
Everton’s midfield 3 have dominated, the weekend would be a good game to add an extra out and out midfielder from the start - Cullen JBG Berge

Wins for 3 essential.
6 it's behind plus 1 for goal difference.
