The TNT choice of camera angle in the Arsenal game is giving me motion sickness.

Agree. I think it’s on one of those cameras that runs down a wire across the pitch. Awful

Camera is moving at same time players and ball are. Too much going on.

No booking for Digne there. Deliberately takes down Doku as he’s gone past him.

Apparently not as bad as either Assignon challenge on Saturday.

I really hope we take the PGMOL to court

Man City 1-0.

City are just hypnotic, they've toyed with Villa for the first ten minutes here. Think they'll win the league and get that historic four on the trot.

Why are Villa fans booing Grealish? Joined them at 6 year old, lifelong fan, got them promoted and net profit of £100m!! Pathetic fans

just look at how much they hold on to Ben Mee's good tackle against their player who unfortunately got injured, they have a problem.

How are players allowed to go down injured and get play stopped only to get back up 30 seconds later.
Happens all the time now.

Said this last night when the ref stopped it and it wasn't a head injury, the player should leave the field like they have to when the physio comes on.

Watching the Villa City game in Portugal. England is his normal self, giving fouls for non existent challnges.

I see he gets the City game after our game as a reward - to paraphrase Dominic Cummings' level of cynicism - "the system is working exactly as intended".

He pretty much builds the team around Kane and I think that’s proven quite a sensible thing to do.

Villa player shoved in the box. No pen. What’s the difference between that and the Chelsea pen Darren?

That's still up for debate. If he doesn't win anything then it can't really be viewed as a success.

Losing in a final isn't something to celebrate if it's the peak of their achievements. It needs to be a stepping stone to success.

They lose the ball and feign injury. Pathetic.

The world used to like English football fir it's uncompromising play and honesty.

Now we are reduced to everyone falling over and acting dead, without reason.

Foden excellent tonight. Instinct is to go for goal. We have no one with that instinct. Man Ciry would still be at 1 1 without him.

Whole different discussion and I’m sure one we will have plenty of this summer. My point is, it’s easy to say we should build a side around Foden, but what does this mean, what does this look like?

We’ve built a side around Kane to some degree by having a quick forward playing on either side which has allowed Kane to drop deep and link the play with runners in behind him. England have had their most successful period in over 50 years and Kane has become the all time top goalscorer. Hence me saying that the way we set up to play to Kane’s strengths above anyone else’s is a sensible decision.

I’d argue that Kane is more of a world-class player than Foden, although clearly Foden is fantastic and has many good years ahead of him.

And to think some posters on here a few years ago when Foden was named as a possible loan signing under Dyche thought he wasn’t good enough.

He’s definitely the first name on the team sheet, but in the latter parts of tournaments against the better teams, Kane does struggle. We do need a plan B.

Maybe although our best widemen have typically just been of that ilk, namely Sterling. I think the lack of a widemen that beat people 1v1 is possibly our biggest downfall. We don't need a goalscoring winger there narrowing the pitch when we have Kane, Bellingham and Foden. It all becomes too narrow and cramped and eventually slow and predictable. I don't think we really have anyone that fits the profile of a Jeremy Doku sort of player with flair that just beats people which is a shame. We saw how important it can be ourselves with Benson and Zaroury last season when struggling to break a team down.

Pep has managed the development of Foden brilliantly. A lesson to any PL manager
