I know this is a bit late but did anyone notice that Trafford was not on the bench on Tuesday and was reported as being ill.....he has not missed a game in 28 matches, Muric gets the shirt & all of a sudden Trafford becomes ill......read in to it what you think ?......just saying like, UTC.

Don’t think there’s anything in it. Strange of him to only get annoyed the 3rd Muric appearance and not before.

Depends on your view of the world I guess.

He could for example have had a massive hissy fit and had a falling out with everyone and him being ill is the cover story.

Or

he could just be ill.

You can read into it however you want but not sure what benefit reading beyond the way it has been explained is likely to make any difference to anyone.

Apparently Kompany has fallen foul of the English mafia and now won’t play Trafford

Fingers crossed he's being sold but I imagine he was actually just ill.
We've a better young keeper as our number 1 who could be number 1 for the next 10 years or sold for much more than Trafford

Won’t be sold….cant be sold…. Yet. We’ve turned a £19m keeper into a £3m keeper so he’s going nowhere.

As mad as it seems (yes, I’m crazy) I’m just going to go with the “he’s ill” story.

Maybe Trafford not feeling 100% is why Muric got the nod in the first place. Maybe people are reading far too much into it. Trafford does not seem the kind who would sulk, or at least I hope not. I think a few weeks out of the firing line could be exactly what the lad needs, hopefully to come back stronger next season… when hopefully he will have filled out and toughened up a bit. Once he learns to dominate his area he has the chance of being a top top goalkeeper, and I don’t see why that cannot be trained into him, given the time.

Sale lined up?

I actually thinks he’s ok with tons of potential.

I think he was ill, you have to be very careful to not bring a virus etc into such a close working space, very responsible of him. TBH when he's been interviewed he seems like a decent, solid bloke not prone to sulking.
