Just a heads up for those that would like to join us for tonight's quiz. I know there is a Premier League game but you can do the quiz during delays for VAR indecision.

Same format as usual and lots of extra points available for those that are quick off the mark.

I will post the questions on this thread at 9pm and then its everyone for themselves.

To play you must be logged in to Up the Clarets / Beehole End and type in your answers as a comment on the thread putting the QUESTION NUMBER followed by your ANSWER (ie 1k Steve Kindon).

Other people who dont fancy joining in can simply do the quiz in their own time.

Just fire in your answers as soon as you spot one you know. If you take time to read all the questions before typing in your answers it is most likely others will have beaten you to it.

I was born in Portsmouth in the 1960's and played a few games for my home town club before playing for Wrexham, Leicester City and a number of other lower division clubs. I eventually joined Burnley in the early to mid 1990's from a Potteries club for a fee of £150,000 and played as a fast, exciting forward. As with last weeks quiz subject I played relatively few games for Burnley but managed to get myself a nickname as I was popular with the Burnley fans.
