Meanwhile in League 1 Peterborough are playing practically a youth team away at Cheltenham, if they avoid defeat Cambridge stay up and Cheltenham drop - currently 2-0 to Cheltenham......

Hopefully, they'll seal the Championship with a home win against our brethren down the motorway last game of the season.

I don't think Leicester will beat our points tally from last season.

Five.
Re: Tonight's Football
Doncaster have won again. After 36 games they were 19th on 43 points. They have won every match since and are now in 5th on 70 points.

Re: Tonight's Football
Not as bonkers as what it says on the BBC website
Doncaster won 4-1 at lowly Colchester to record a 10th successive victory and move into the League Two play-off places.
Re: Tonight's Football
He might still get a retrospective ban. He certainly deserves one after that. It was a horrible challenge.
Re: Tonight's Football
They probably won the one before to put them on 43 points . BBC was showing the division with them 19th on the match page.claptrappers_union wrote: ↑Tue Apr 23, 2024 9:57 pmNot as bonkers as what it says on the BBC website

It's a crazy run

Re: Tonight's Football
Anyone having problems with the BBC mobile scores/fixtures/league tables? They've changed the format recently and now it's unusable. For some reason it was unusable for the League 2 table for months and now they've incorporated that format into the rest of football the whole thing has gone silly.

Re: Tonight's Football
Just got back as I had a ticket. Watched Leicester quite a bit this year , they turned a notch up tonight and got stuck into Saints. They did not have many chances but took them all well. Remind me a bit of us last season-two very good wingers (Zarroury & Benson), and a good veteran up front that gives you his all in Vardy (Barnes). Their key other players are Dewsbury Hall (definitely PL standard), and their young keeper Hermansen, who is going to be some keeper. Feeling amongst Leicester fans is that they need to strengthen all over but funding is going to be their biggest problem. They have some competent players like Winks, Vestergard, Justin, Choudhary , but as we have learned ourselves the PL is a different world. I kept my eye on Howard Bellis most of the night-I think we probably made a good decision not to buy him for the reported £15-£20m

Re: Tonight's Football
Bradford City won at Barrow but missed out on the playoffs. Thankfully.
Re: Tonight's Football
I’d like to see Bradford come up, hoping they make the play offs.

Also, you used to be able to see the form of the teams when you turned your phone to landscape mode when you clicked ‘see full table’4:20 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 23, 2024 10:09 pmAnyone having problems with the BBC mobile scores/fixtures/league tables?
