Palace vs United

United just had an equaliser ruled out for the slightest contact with the keeper.

How Adebayo’s challenge on Trafford was allowed I will never ever know.

We’ve suffered from the most horrific officiating this season.

There was nothing in this but the difference was that a goal wasn’t given in the first place

United players must have really big feet because they keep tripping over them and roll around like someone shot them

Starting to look like our friends down the road sold Wharton on the cheap. 18 million looks an absolute steal.

Hughes doing a good job for palace breaking down the play, gets stuck in as well. Weren’t we once close to signing him?

I had the sound down initially (wife shouted me at an inconvenient time) but I thought he’d given it and sure the scoreboard said 1-1.

He didn’t give it one way or the other initially but clearly got info from the assistant and ruled it out

I don’t think Onana though was to blame for any of the goals, the united defence is a shambles but I agree about Muric, I hope we keep him next season.

IF Palace manage to hold on to their front 3 players they could have a very good season in 24/25. Bigger clubs will be sniffing around so probably they will lose one of them. Reported Olise would prefer a move to Manchester United. Might change his mind after this showing.

How can you spend what they’ve spent and end up playing 4 of the slowest players on the planet
Erickson Casemiro Evans Amrabat all without the legs to perform at this level but the odd 1 or 2 in a team maybe but all 4 together 2 in Central defence and 2 central midfield?

What has happened to Man Utd? Yes that's a rhetorical question. I know many of this board members have a hate on for Utd but they were my second team under SAF's reign. Successful, brilliant to watch etc. Since SAF's retirement they've hired big name managers, spent untold amounts of money on total rubbish and accomplished the square root of nothing, by their standards. Sure, they're successful off the field but on the field a total disaster. Ten Hag will undoubtedly be fired after this season, rinse and repeat.

United are so far behind City,Arsenal Liverpool etc it will take years for them to rebuild ,nobody in their right minds would pay big money for their cast offs.
How sad 🤣.

Just had a little look at Redcafe and Goldbridge’s reactions and it’s fair to say I don’t think they’re that impressed with him

I think it’s fair to say Trafford would’ve got some stick on here tonight if he were in goals for United today.

Firstly Ferguson knew when to get out, he knew there was a decline coming. But it’s become a club with no direction for the past decade. They are the biggest club in England and they really shouldn’t be this poor. It’s funny though.

Not watched the game however got called out on here for calling United dross of a the PL on Saturday morning, possibly for not fitting in with the Burnley have been great since Muric came into the team agenda.

I think the fact that he was in his 70s with a heart condition might have also been a consideration leading to his retirement had he kept going he would have give hodgson & warnock a run for their money the man was no spring chicken.

You also described Chelsea as ‘dross’. Despite their travails, these are still current top 8 teams. Palace are six places below them - how would you describe them? And I was called ‘an entitled fan’ this evening….

I’d describe them as being streets ahead of the current Burnley team, in previous successful PL campaigns we’d get points off these teams. Under Dyche we found ways of winning games, under VK in the PL we’ve found ways of not winning games and that is irrespective of who is in goal. I posted a few weeks ago about a fellow claret that recently passed away, someone knew him and said that Geoff thought it is was a privilege to be a Claret. On here you get called weird or pathetic for not sharing a posters viewpoint, over to you.
