Not seen one so I thought I'd kick one off, here start's the fun and disagreements
Not a rumour but if we lose one of our keepers I'd like us to go for Rotherham keeper Viktor Johansson

I'm a big fan of Cooper at Plymouth.
i have lots of mates who are Argyle fans and they really rate him.
Seen him a few times, looked very assured.

Not sure how realistic it is, but Adam Lallana would be a great addition. Need to replace some of the experience we are losing.

Good young keeper but I think his price would be a problem, the Rotherham keeper is avaliable for 900k on a release clause after relegation

Burnley born Oliver Norwood is being released by Sheff Utd 33 year's old and full of experience don't think we'd go for him but he'd have plenty of takers in the championship

Surprised at that, one of their players I often thought meant danger. Like him as a hard working player, contract length may prevent it.

He may but a very clever and articulate lad. Wouldn’t expect him to be a regular starter but would be good around the place with a view to joining the coaching staff and a move back to the North West may well suit him.

Think there will be more interest and activity in the outgoing department this time round.
With the squad being trimmed I think there will only be a few incomings - probably wingers

Reading between the lines of his exit message, sounded like his family stayed in the North West and he is wanting a move for family reasons. Grezza was a similar age when he signed for us in 2007 and that didn't turn out too badly!

If Lallana could sit in front of the back four and defend from that position, plus take a really good penalty, plus be available every week, I'd be all for signing him.
Oh, and take a substantial wage cut.

I think we may only see 3 or 4 coming in with a dozen or so going out.
The obvious position of wing backs being the incoming players.

Lallana would still be better than Brownhill in our setup at championship level if we have as much possession as last time.
If we lose all our experience we need to sign some because it doesn't matter how good these youngsters are they need some guidance, plain and simple

I would sign Lallana just for his interview with Talksport a few months back.
He’s a leader and incredibly smart, he certainly fits the mould of the type of player we need

I think we’ll be surprised.
If that interview with Stuart Hunt is to be believed, we’re looking at buying clubs so our players can get game time. If that happened before the end of the window, we’d have homes for a lot that means they might not leave.
I think our view on strategy of the club is different to ALK’s.

Priorities for me are keeping our core together that’ve looked capable in the PL else you have to question what the point is.
Keep Muric, Esteve, O’Shea, Cullen, Berge, Odobert and Foster and sign a left back and I’ll be happy!

Welbeck has signed a deal at Brighton.
Generally I think we need to be looking at players who add a bit of stature to our team but I'd make an exception for Lallana. He's exactly the sort of leader and standards setter that the squad needs. And if he looking to move back to the North West then actually it's a pretty realistic option.

Was a brilliant interview and when lallana came on at the turf it was actually his pressing straight away that I think put some doubt into muric which then lead to the error

Lallana has been explicit that he wants to be near to family so based on that I wouldn't have thought there'd be any possibility whatsoever he'd come to us. I don't think the club would be interested in signing him anyway.

If we are to believe AP and VK that the progress starts now then our fringe players need to be sold or moved on quickly and we need to reinvest in quality players who after 12 months (hopefully) in the Championship can handle the Prem
Start with the spine and sell or move on loan Al Dakhill, Beyer (as he wants to go), Delcroix, McNally and get in Jacob Greaves of Hull. He is a proper centre half. Just won Hull City player of the year and made Championship team of 1923-24. He could do a job and have a good future value

Two more assists tonight's.I hope he's been considered for next season we need muscle and guile in midfield.I think his time in the kickers league will have done wonders for his development

Lallana's always had better players around him than he will next season. Plenty of clubs in the north west to make him feel at home. Playing for my club has to be the ultimate priority.

I’d take any of Ipswich’s loans next year if they don’t secure deals. Sarmiento, Omari Hutchinson or even Kieffer Moore. We definitely need a proven goalscorer

He has said in his reasoning for leaving, that he has been away from his family for long periods during his 4 years at Brighton.
Maybe we are guessing as to his meaning...

How fast is he? That’s the question, because I can tell you now, VK will not be signing any CB’s that aren’t absolutely rapid.

We don't need centre-backs.
One really good striker is about all we need.

I'd guess at something like this in the transfer window
Released:
Bailey Peacock-Farrell
Jack Cork
Jay Rodriguez
Sold:
Luke McNally (or loan)
Scott Twine (or loan)
CJ Egan-Riley (or loan)
Conner Roberts
Wout Weghorst (I'd Love him to stay)
Samuel Bastien
Darko Churlinov
Muric (if he requests it)
Loaned out:
Owen Dodgson
Michael Mellon
Dara Costelloe
In: (minimal)
Left back
Right back
Keeper if Muric goes
Forward
Jacob Bruun Larsen (if we can trigger release clause)
Maxime Esteve
Mike Tresor
