He’s been at the club 10 years so not part of Kompany’s team.

Doubt VK is going to the same club.

Phil Pomeroy has been at the club since 2010.

One of their current physios (or maybe not now) is a Burnley lad.

I was told one of the physios who had been here a while going Everton
One of the other physios who came from city is going to Leicester
Also the Dutch goalkeeper coach is going back to Netherlands

The set-piece coach needs potting before anyone else. An absolute wage thief.

He didn’t come from Man City but it’s Leicester he’s off to.

I can’t argue with this.
I sit behind this muppet at every home match. His initials on his track suit are ET. I joke to my brother that those aren’t his real initials they stand for Exceptional Tactics.
He pops out of the dug out now and again muttering and waving his tiny hands about and we are nothing short of clueless at set pieces and corners. He is probably being paid considerably more than most of us on this board for being inept.
Again another serious failing on Kompany’s watch.

The question should be why are all these people leaving? A physio that grew up a Burnley fan, all of a sudden wants to leave? hmmmm

Physio has already gone to a club in the midlands - at least three or four of VK's staff who he has brought in with him are going too.

Whenever I've heard from people who used to work at the club. The feedback is never positive about the current regime.

They are changing the Ball Boys to Burnley college students next year.
That's where they recruit the flag bearers from at the minute, but haven't been the most reliable.

It's not exactly the age where you would want to do these jobs.

I'll second the set piece coach being potted. I've yet to fathom what
on earth he does. In fact, I thought he'd been on holiday all season.

If ever there's been a waste of a wage ?!!!!

I was watching Arsenal on TV last week and Gary Neville commenting on how important and how effective Arsenal's set-piece coach Nicolas Jover is. It had me thinking about ours.

I can’t believe that his role isn’t more than just giving the set piece instructions decided by the manager and senior coaching staff.

VK seems to control everything and therefore can’t believe he would delegate the whole set piece activity to a nobody.

Don’t really think we can complain about how we’ve defended set-pieces post Everton. Can’t think of one we’ve conceded although there must be one.

Our own set-pieces are a different story though. How we ended up back at the keeper from a corner on Sunday is beyond me.

stuff like physio's and videographers dont worry me, its just normal turn over of staff. these are just every day jobs, that just so happen to be at a football club, easily replaced.

Yes, he’s very good. The club have had a lot of luck of having talented individuals in that area over the last few years while employing fewer of them than most other clubs our size.

At a football club that traditionally had very low staff turnover, I’d say the increase is concerning.
