Seeing that 11 has taken me right back to the 2011/12 season. It felt like that was the line-up for most games.

Not a very pleasant season to watch but certainly a few good players involved.

It's just about spot on but Bartley was in joint 11th with Stanislas over that season so he'd have been first sub to come on

Cork is the man, above all others, who I wished placed far higher on that list. I truly think it would have given us a better chance last season.

Thread after thread just seems like an indictment of ALK and VK.

Surprising how high Brownhill is. I always got the feeling VK didn't really want him in his team straight from the get go. He dropped him numerous times but he'd always find his way back in as it became obvious we lacked bite without him.

And by accident you’ve highlighted what the problem has been. Those numbers are ridiculously low. How can you get any sort of cohesion when the team isn’t stable. Contrast that with ANY 2 consecutive seasons under SD. Kompany tinkers way too much just for the sake of it. I’m glad he has gone.

Some may say that Vincent Kompany played Alan Pace the most...

I’ve seen a post from Beyer and don’t think I’ve seen another?
