Hello all, my Spurs supporting father in law passed away recently due to a brain tumour, it's been a horrendous journey but the care that Mick received from East Lancs hospice was nothing short of amazing and eased the pain to a large degree. I know times are tough but if any of you wanted to contribute it would be warmly recieved, if you just want to wish us well that would be warmly recieved too.....me and my wife are walking from Bolton Abbey to Grassington and back (22 miles) at the end of August for the fundraiser and we are in training, did just over 15 miles yesterday and another 7 today and feeling it haha UTC

Donated. We live in a village close to Skipton so know the area of your walk. Good luck with it and keep up the training, it’s a walk is that one.

Just completed the walk, set off at 7.20 this morning from the Devonshire Arms and got back there at 2.50, Knees, hips and feet are feeling it, 21.5 miles. A massive thankyou for those who supported us, greatly appreciated by the hospice and us 😘

Imo no worthier cause than a hospice.

Thanks for your efforts!
