This afternoon, in response to a suggestion that I must know something on the managerial search because I'd gone quiet, I thought I'd better explain that I'd gone quiet(ish) because I'm currently dealing with a personal health issue.

This is my last post of the day and I wanted this to be the last. Some of you have posted on the board, some have emailed the site and others have sent me text messages wishing me well.

All of them are appreciated more than you will know. Thanks so much for your support.

Keeping a message-board going all these years must be incredibly demanding. I only know'of ' you as a name and what you do for us fans. Thanks for all this that keeps us in touch with our favorite club but your health must come first.

Health issues, especially long running ones can be utterly brutal and some days very disheartening. I wish you the strength to get through your problems as you strive for the best outcome. All the best CT.

I've got to say, you do a great job managing this message board which must take up a lot of your time

Trying to be fair and reasonable around the usual bickering whilst taking some unnecessary criticism along the way

The vast majority realise and appreciate this
