Just seen the news.
One of the major actors of the last sixty years.
He made some excellent films including Nicolas Roeg's "Don't Look Now" with Julie Christie.

One of those actors who commanded the screen whenever he appeared. As well as Don’t Look Now , which is such a great and weirdly gripping film, I always remember him for his screech at the end of the 1970s version of Invasion of the Bodysnatchers !
RIP

Just binged the Hunger Games this week and also watched Kelly’s Heroes last weekend. I’d literally just reminded myself of his filmography on IMDB yesterday.
RIP to a great actor

Mine too, but for a third, I'd also include Don't Look Now.

Dirty Dozen, Kellys Heroes
Great Actor
You believed every moment of him being the demented criminal in the dirty dozen. What a cast that film had by the way.

Watched "The Eye of the Needle" last night. Good film. It is quite old but made me think of old British thrillers (39 Steps).
Whilst he puts in a good performance, his accent during the war might have caused some people to be suspicious.
I didn't realise Kate Nelligan was also Canadian.
