Scott Parker - trusted players?

Lots of managers have a player or two who crops up at a few of their clubs (Cullen for Kompany, Nolan for Allardyce). Has Parker got anyone who we are likely to see at Burnley?

I've just looked through his Bournemouth squad and can't see anyone there who had played for him at Fulham

Cullen probably worshipped Parker as a kid coming through the ranks as he as arguably in his pomp at West Ham.

His first trusted players has to be the ones we have in the dressing room and to restore the trust that has apparently gone in the last season.

JBG situation raises serious questions doesnt it? Leaves despite an offer on the table, with apparently very happy memories of his days here. VK goes and back JBG comes all smiles.Craig leaves VK goes and he comes back. "Something rotten in the state of Denmark" springs to mind but what was or is it and if it is still here can SP exorcise it? Or has the cause of all this (VK) now gone. If it is VK then it doesnt look good for his future and this for someone with an MBA.

VKs achilles was his ability to alienate players
His treatment of two of most talented players in Zaroury and Benny was disgraceful.

He wasn't too good with Muric either, to be fair.
Arrogance in the extreme it seems, carefully shielded from those outside the club.

He will have to learn his lesson if he wants to succeed at Bayern. If you lose the dressing room there, then you are finished.

Read today Kompany has already signed 8 players at Bayern, seems he has a thing for just signing players

Said elsewhere that something that may be attractive about Parker is he's worked with what he's inherited at both Bournemouth (especially so) and Fulham. He may not have had a chance to sign players from Fulham to Bournemouth as they were in direct competition but it's still quite notable.
I do though think it's possible a couple of players who Parker signed at Bournemouth might be relevant to us. Kieffer Moore is the sort of experienced striker we might use and Joe Rothwell the sort of midfielder we might want should Berge leave.

Hopefully we will go for Harrison Reed at Fulham

Whatever happened to our "completed " signing of Pires from Santos.
Surely Parker must have had some knowledge of that or is it more media crap

Taylor and Roberts were two others who never really got a chance Also interesting that THB Maatsen and Tella didn’t want to come back !

Was THB given the option? Maatsen made it clear he felt he was too good for us and Tella also went to a much “bigger” club. I haven’t read anything that suggests it was anything to do with VK.
As for Zouray, he didn’t really do anything whilst at Hull and Benson was too lightweight against Premiership quality defenders. Roberts was kept out of the Leeds team by a teenager!!

Bayern should win the league comfortably with the existing squad and those signings. I would be amazed if he does not get sacked if they fail to do so.
