Not had a music thread for a while. Post whatever you like.
"Don't You Worry" by Lucy Rose. I discovered her through Bombay Bicycle Club as she often sings in their concerts.
This song is incredibly strong.

Always thought The Undertones were a bit overlooked for the talent they had.
What a riff this is:

Ronettes version is superior. I always thought the Ramones version dragged, it must be the only song they recorded too slow!
Saw The Ramones in Bradford 1976, love them.

Love this version. Was a big John Holt fan back in the day - fond memories of a gig at Cheetham Hill Town Hall.

Saw them live at Manchester Apollo 1978. I want a time machine to get me back there. Quite simply the best punk band ever.

Guitar solo from 2:55 is immense, and the rock riff they start playing at 06:50 has to be one of the finest.
Recorded at Rockfield Studios, Monmouth, Wales. January 3rd and 4th 2013.
Jem Godfrey - Keyboards & Vocals
John Mitchell (Arena, It Bites, Kino) - Guitar & Vocals
Nathan King (Level 42) - Bass & Vocals
Craig Blundell (Dr oKtopUs) - Drums

Superb song.
Whilst punk was, by definition, anarchic "Complete Control" was controlled anarchy.
Topper Headon was on top form.

We had a historic thread on folks funeral finale tune. Thunder Road appeared far more than any other ditty. It was mine but I’ve moved it earlier to close with I’ll See You In My Dreams. His live show closer and far more apt for the setting.
